They are necessary for the management of your order and for our commercial relations. It is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. They also enable us to improve and personalise the services we offer you.

They are stored in 2 different databases:

• The data is kept in your Personal Account by Fimalac Entertainment Ressources: this data enables us to carry out your transaction. In addition, this data, once recorded, enables you to carry out your future transactions more quickly.
• The data is also stored by AP2S (MyTicket and Wetix brands), which is our service provider for offering ticket sales on our website.
• It enables us to contact you, as far as possible, in the event of cancellation or modification of the date, time or venue of a show for which you have reserved seats. As part of the organisation of the show and your order, the data may also be communicated to the organisers/producers on whose behalf we are working.
• Your payment method data, such as your bank card, are only processed by the specialised payment partner Paybox. For more information about Paybox, visit their website: http://www1.paybox.com/.

On some events we do not offer tickets for sale. In this case you will find links to the websites of third-party resellers where you can purchase your tickets. However, in this case we are no longer responsible for further processing by these resellers, to whom we do not pass on any data that we may have collected about you.

What about the personal data of minors?

Our services are not intended for minors; therefore we do not process data specifically concerning minors.

For example, we do not create marketing profiles related to minors. It is up to parents and any person exercising parental authority to decide whether their minor child is allowed to use our services.
