The mesmerizing Macha Gharibian, named "Révélation" at the 2020 Victoires du Jazz, presents a live performance at the crossroads of her many heritages.

A classically trained pianist with a delicate touch, as well as a singer, songwriter, composer, arranger, and producer of her own albums, Macha Gharibian found her musical voice through her jazz experience in New York. Drawing on her rich cultural background - Armenian, Parisian at heart, and New Yorker by adoption - she has forged a personal, urban, crossover, and modern style.

An ode to feminine power, PHENOMENAL WOMAN, Macha Gharibian’s fourth album, boldly embraces the feminine by inviting two sublime voices alongside her own: Léa Maria Fries and Linda Olàh. On this new record, joined by drummer Dré Pallemaerts and bassist Kenny Ruby, she channels her irresistible energy and shares a message full of tenderness - celebrating diversity, love, sensuality, childhood, the present moment, and the art of dreaming.

To her already rich blend of languages - English and Armenian featured in her previous albums - she now adds French, Brazilian Portuguese, and Arabic, opening a path toward a mysterious land that inspires her and grants her access to a deeper sense of freedom.
